About the Role

Groundswell is seeking a QA tester to partner with Appian project teams to develop and implement testing strategies for Appian applications. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and success of our federal agency solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects.
• Perform QA testing on Appian applications across several projects.
• Create documentation and test scripts, and record results.
• Partner with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Analyze bugs to identify trends.
• Write user stories.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field.
• 3+ years of experience performing QA testing on software applications (e.g., Appian, UiPath, Pega).
• Detail-oriented with experience working on several projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
