About the Role
The TAVI Territory Manager is responsible for ensuring the assigned territory meets or exceeds sales and clinical objectives for the Structural Heart TAVI division. This role is crucial for making a difference in patients' lives by managing commercial accounts and trial sites.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Regional Sales Director to identify account opportunities and achieve quarterly sales objectives.
- Coordinates daily territory activities with Clinical Sales Specialists and the regional Clinical Lead Specialist.
- Develops and implements customer-focused sales and clinical strategies to support TAVI program goals.
- Provides customers with quarterly business reviews.
- Develops actionable sales and account plans utilizing clinical, sales, and data analytics.
- Utilizes SFDC and other sales tools to manage the sales process.
- Completes field training to support cases independently and become an Abbott proctor delegate.
- Provides sterile case support, including valve loading, for TAVI procedures.
- Evaluates patient anatomy and valve sizing for pre-case planning using a CT program.
- Develops customer relationships and collaborates with hospital departments to identify key stakeholders.
- Attends team meetings, trade shows, educational conferences, and webinars.
- Provides in-services and onsite training for product use.
- Maintains clinical expertise through company product training.
- Responsible for forecasting, executing quarterly plans, and managing account consignment.
- Completes vendor credentialing for hospital access.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 7+ years of cardiovascular sales experience, with 5+ years in Structural Heart, TEVAR, EVAR, TCAR, or endovascular.
- Alternatively, 300+ cases of TAVI/Transcatheter valve industry case support experience.
- Demonstrates clinical competency and understanding of severe aortic stenosis disease state.
- Strong clinical acumen, proven sales performance, organization, communication, and process skillsets.
- Verification of satisfaction of all vendor credentialing requirements, potentially including COVID-19 vaccination.
- Must be able to provide medical or religious accommodation information to HR if needed.
Skills
- Proficient with multiple imaging modalities (angiography, TTE, TEE, CT).
- Interpretation of ECG and hemodynamics.
- CT program (Pie Medical 3 Mensio) utilization for sizing reports.

- $86,700.00 – $173,300.00
