Requirements
- A robust background (8+ years) in the VDC industry.
- Proven leadership skills in managing diverse and dynamic teams.
- Strategic vision and innovative mindset in a structured and evolving environment.
- Commitment to nurturing relationships and upholding our core values.
- Frequently required to sit, stand, and move about the office.
- Moving outdoors on uneven surfaces will be required on project sites.
- Frequently ascends/descends ladders and stairs.
- Frequently lift, move, carry, and operate equipment in excess of 50 lbs.
- Frequently operates a computer and other office/VDC equipment.
- Ability to adhere to timely and consistent attendance to jobsites.
- Will require travel and co/location per project.
- Ability to work night shifts and/or Saturdays when needed per project requirements.
- Will be required to occasionally travel to our other office locations.
Skills
- Advanced technical proficiency in Autodesk and other leading industry software.
