About the Role

As a Financial Services Tax - Real Estate Senior Manager, you will guide clients through tax compliance and strategic consulting, advising on local and international tax affairs, business analysis, working capital management, and profit sharing. You will lead large projects, innovate processes, and interact with clients at a strategic level, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems and develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. You will contribute to the firm's success by fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together, navigating cross-border engagements, and upholding the firm's code of ethics.

Responsibilities

  • Leading tax compliance and advisory projects for financial services clients, focusing on real estate
  • Advising clients on local and international tax obligations and structuring to optimize business outcomes
  • Managing cross-border tax engagements and navigating complex regulatory environments
  • Developing and implementing strategic tax planning initiatives to address client needs
  • Drafting and reviewing tax documents, confirming accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Analyzing financial statements and trends to provide insights and recommendations for tax strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth
  • Collaborating with diverse teams to deliver comprehensive tax solutions and drive project success
  • Contributing to the development of innovative tax services and solutions within the asset and wealth management sector

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 6 years of experience
  • At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
