About the Role

Seeking an experienced Medical Office Billing Manager to serve as a liaison between the practice and an outside billing company. This leadership role supports a team of pediatric orthopedic surgeons, APPs, and PT/OT staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between the outside billing company and the practice administrator.

Requirements

• 7+ years of healthcare revenue cycle management and leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of ICD-10 and CPT coding.
• Experience with Medicaid and Commercial insurances and regulations.
• Extensive experience with claim entry, scrubbing, filing, denials and appeals.
• Experience with EMR/Practice Management systems (eClinicalWorks).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to manage large-scale AR.
• Experience with KPIs for tracking financial performance and reporting to practice leadership.
