About the Role
Lead Field Service Fire Technician responsible for leading service, troubleshooting, maintenance, inspections, commissioning, and technical support for fire alarm systems. You will act as the technical leader for complex service activities, mentor junior technicians, coordinate field execution, and ensure system reliability, code compliance, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead inspections, repairs, commissioning, upgrades, and acceptance testing of fire alarm systems and related life safety equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Honeywell standards, NFPA codes, local AHJ requirements, and customer expectations.
- Serve as the technical leader for complex service activities.
- Mentor junior technicians.
- Coordinate field execution.
- Work directly with customers to ensure system reliability, code compliance, and operational excellence.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Experience with fire alarm systems and related life safety equipment.
- Knowledge of Honeywell standards, NFPA codes, and local AHJ requirements.
