About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to develop their skills in b2b sales. Hiring for e-Discovery Account Executives in the San Francisco and San Jose area. Prior relevant experience in lead generation and cold calling is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue for new and existing business in eDiscovery and Legal Services sales.
  • Develop new business and expand existing business by establishing and maintaining contacts, including cold calling and prospecting.
  • Manage client relationships, issue SOWs, and close deals.
  • Work in tandem with MVP to maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities and achieve activity goals on a monthly and yearly basis.
  • Make compelling presentations to decision-makers, internally and externally.
  • Participate in networking events to expand business relationships.
  • Continually learn and stay aware of the latest trends in legal technology.

Requirements

  • Legal US authorization to work for any employer in the US.
  • High school diploma or GED; degree is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills.
  • Computer and Internet savvy.
  • Must meet or exceed a minimum of 20K average revenue per month in the second year.
  • Success within the first 12 months of employment will be based on meeting and exceeding activity goals.

  • $84,500-$84,500
  • Commission ranges up to 16% and is completely uncapped.
  • Potential for promotion to National Account Manager, Regional Vice President ($110,500.00 - $155,000.00)
