About the Role
As an Operations Coordinator at International SOS, you will be the vital link between our members and our global network of doctors, nurses, and security professionals, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. Your work will directly help people in times of need, across borders and cultures. Responsibilities
- Support members with healthcare and security queries.
- Coordinate medical appointments, authorise treatments, and manage policy claims.
- Assess situations and communicate logistics worldwide.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Strong organisational and critical thinking skills.
- A natural, empathetic approach and passion for helping people.
- Fluency in Swedish plus excellent English, both written and spoken.
- Fluency in other Nordic languages such as Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish is a great advantage.
- Customer service experience (contact centre or similar) is a plus.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and an appreciation for data protection.
- Education to A-Level or Degree level.
- Interest in healthcare, world politics, or international security is preferred.
