About the Role

The Table Games Dealer is responsible for running a table game professionally, protecting company assets, and providing an exciting environment with World Class Service. This role involves delivering Old-World Hospitality and Charm while adhering to all company policies and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operation of Table games with strict adherence to Internal Control Policies and Procedures and Game Rules
• Deliver the company core values
• Ensure proper documentation of any presented pit paperwork (fills, markers etc.)
• Maintain accuracy of table bank
• Explain rules and answer guest questions
• Notify shift supervisor of irregularities in customers play
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Attend to guests needs
• Enthusiastically support, actively promote, and demonstrate superior customer service
• Effectively handle customer concerns and requests
• Maintain complete confidentiality of all company information
• Act in the capacity of other positions on an as needed basis
• Provide excitement by providing Old-world Hospitality and Charm
• Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner
• Attend required training sessions
• Obtain required license(s)
• Perform duties in compliance with local laws and regulations
• Ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco
• Investigate exceptions, fraud, and potential violations and report such instances to management
• Report any acts of wrongdoing on behalf of any Team Member that they have knowledge of

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• Possess professionalism and ability to handle high levels of stress
• Must be flexible with all different schedules
• Must be able to work overtime when needed
• Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and comprehend technical procedures, government regulations, business periodicals, instructions, and correspondence/memos
• Maintain confidential information

Skills

• Ability to sit / stand / walk for long periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Casino Environment
• Ability to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekend hours
• Physically mobile with the ability to move around all work areas effectively and efficiently with reasonable accommodations
• Ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces or crowded conditions
• Knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the Team Member’s department
• Knowledge of the property’s programs to address problem gambling
• Ability to consult with the appropriate individuals and maintain an effective system of written policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and Internal Controls
