Responsibilities
- Leverage and grow hands-on software engineering expertise
- Contribute to real challenges across a variety of domains
- Use leadership skills and software engineering expertise to create real-world impact
- Work closely with clients to understand their questions and needs
- Build solutions for complex client problems
- Guide teammates and lead the development of applications and systems
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including developing, testing, integrating, or maintaining software applications
- 5+ years of experience developing applications using an object-oriented programming language
- 4+ years of experience developing web applications using frontend technologies or frameworks, such as React or Angular
- Experience developing or integrating backend services and RESTful APIs
- Experience developing applications using relational databases, such as PostgreSQL, and working with SQL
- Experience working with automated build, test, or CI/CD processes
- Experience working within Agile software development environments using methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Experience using software development and task management tools, such as Jira
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology field or 10+ years of experience with software engineering in lieu of a degree
