About the Role
We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager on the Westlaw product team to drive the transformation of legal research and litigation workflows with advanced AI technologies. In this role, you will leverage your deep subject matter expertise to collaborate with cross-functional teams, innovate user experiences, and integrate complex systems, ensuring our solutions are precise, compliant, and contextually relevant to industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Utilize specialized knowledge and cutting-edge AI to develop and refine advanced systems, ensuring outputs are precise, compliant, and contextually relevant to industry standards.
- Leverage deep subject matter expertise to collaborate with cross-functional teams in evaluating the feasibility and impact of new product ideas and enhancements.
- Innovate and improve user experiences, drawing upon extensive expertise to boost productivity and satisfaction for customers.
- Work closely with engineers and data scientists, providing expert insights to integrate complex systems, assess their performance, and make informed modifications.
- Design and implement robust evaluation frameworks, applying subject matter expertise to ensure system outputs meet high-quality standards.
- Establish automated testing procedures, using in-depth knowledge to maintain quality and consistency across large datasets and over time.
- Engage with product segment professionals, industry leaders, and internal stakeholders, utilizing subject matter expertise to gather insights and validate product concepts effectively.
Requirements
- Understand that AI is a pivotal advancement in human history and are fluent with the latest AI tools and techniques.
- Significant experience in the legal industry with substantial legal research experience or substantial experience developing AI solutions for research or litigation workflows.
- Proven track record of successful and timely delivery against product roadmaps is preferred.
- Recent litigation experience and strong AI awareness and experience with AI agents is a plus.
