About the Role
As an Actuarial and Risk General Insurance Assistant Manager, you will research and work on projects relating to a specific technical area, support and lead client delivery, and engage with key stakeholders. You will also support the development of junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Build your personal brand by being part of a team researching and working on projects relating to a specific technical area.
- Support on various projects and delivery of client work as well as leading the delivery on smaller projects.
- Engage with key stakeholders on a regular basis to help ensure deadlines are met, risks are managed, and the quality of work is to the highest standard.
- Support the development of more junior members of the team, helping them understand their career aspirations and assisting with their delivery.
Requirements
- Part-qualified actuary, making good progress towards qualification.
- UK professional services experience.
- Experience in actuarial modelling, capital, reserving or pricing.
- Ability to adapt quickly, work to tight deadlines and a track record of producing high quality work.
