About the Role
As a Financial Business Partner, you will serve as the interface between Finance and veterinary practices, acting as a strategic advisor to regional and site managers. Your role involves translating financial data into actionable measures to ensure quality and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Further development of budgeting and forecasting in close cooperation with Operations and HR.
- Accompanying investment projects (e.g., equipment, expansions) including the establishment of structured investment controlling.
- Analysis of P&L and KPIs, and derivation of concrete recommendations for action for regional management.
- Close cooperation with Operations for economic control and derivation of relevant insights.
- Support in analysis, due diligence, and integration of new partner practices.
Requirements
- Approximately 1+ year of relevant experience in financial/investment controlling, ideally complemented by knowledge of business valuation.
- Proficiency in annual financial statements, business management analyses (BWAs), and business key figures.
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and strong consulting skills with the ability to communicate complex topics understandably.
- Willingness to travel within Germany (1-2 days/week on a project basis).
- Very good German language skills.
