About the Role

The Continental Automotive Group is seeking individuals with a genuine desire to create a world-class experience for customers and co-workers. This role involves handling customer communications, scheduling, and resolving concerns with patience and professionalism. The position offers a flexible work environment with opportunities for hybrid work after initial training.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, texts, and online chats.
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointment scheduling, changes, missed appointments, and cancellations.
  • Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism, de-escalating upset customers and providing solutions.
  • Complete required outbound calls daily for missed appointments, recalls, and customer lists.
  • Achieve and maintain Honda certification.
  • Participate in developmental growth activities such as trainings and peer shadowing.

Requirements

  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be comfortable reading and speaking Spanish.
  • Must be able to type at 45+ WPM without looking at hands.
  • Experience in an environment of moderate pressure.
  • Capable of making conscientious decisions on the fly.

Skills

  • Basic computer abilities (learning software, spreadsheet use, Google Docs, Google Sheets).
  • Moderate understanding of web browser functions.
  • CRM/DMS scheduling software.
  • Sales, service, or phone systems experience.
  • English/Spanish bilingualism preferred.
