About the Role

Inter-Co Division 10 is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our team in Toronto, ON. This role is crucial in managing the supply and installation of commercial washroom and locker room projects, ensuring exceptional customer service and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Work with the sales & estimating team to complete the supply and installation of commercial washroom and locker room projects.
• Process and complete shop drawings, coordinate site measures, attend site meetings, order products, and arrange for shipping with customers.
• Manage third-party subcontract installers on job site installations.
• Review and price change orders for existing projects, and follow up to sell them profitably.
• Resolve project issues, including delays, adverse site conditions, and installation challenges.
• Collaborate with manufacturer/supplier partners on orders and material deliveries.
• Work with other project managers, warehouse managers, and drivers to complete projects.
• Complete project deficiencies and ensure customer satisfaction with project delivery.
• Assist with warehouse management and monthly inventory.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a Post-Secondary Education.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset.
• A valid driver's license.
• A personal vehicle.
