About the Role
We are seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to support our frontline installer, manufacturing, and warehouse teams. It's an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about advocating for people and supporting leaders in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities

- Support new hires joining the installer, production, and warehouse teams, including assisting with onboarding and check-ins.
- Handle frontline employee relations issues, including attendance, conduct, safety concerns, and interpersonal conflicts, documenting and escalating appropriately.
- Support scheduling and attendance policy administration, including tracking points, leave requests, and multi-shift needs.
- Help coordinate policy rollouts and other floor-level communication.
- Track turnover, absenteeism, and engagement trends on the floor and flag patterns to the Frontline HRBP Lead.
- Conduct skip levels, round tables, and AMA sessions on the floor to ensure a clear path for questions and escalation for factory employees.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, people operations, or a related generalist role.
- Manufacturing, warehouse, retail, or other frontline/hourly environments strongly preferred.
- Comfortable being on the floor daily, requiring visibility and presence in the factory.
- Strong sense of discretion and judgment when handling sensitive employee situations.
- Working knowledge of employment law, leave, and employee relations.
- Clear, calm communication skills, capable of navigating difficult conversations with employees and shift leads.
- Detail-oriented and organized, comfortable managing multiple employee asks/cases across multiple shifts.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where processes are still being built.
