About the Role
We are seeking a Working Student to support our Talent Acquisition and Office Operations in Berlin. This role offers practical experience in recruitment and office coordination, working closely with the People & Culture team. A minimum of two days per week onsite in our Berlin office is required.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting and posting job advertisements, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and providing timely updates to candidates.
- Support candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, and university networks, gradually taking ownership of sourcing and interviews for working-student positions across different departments.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in our applicant tracking system and recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding activities by preparing documents and coordinating first-day logistics.
- Work closely with recruiters and other members of the People & Culture team on ongoing and ad hoc tasks.
- Support the day-to-day operations of our Berlin office, including organising office supplies, equipment, shared spaces, deliveries, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when needed.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university and interested in gaining practical experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or office coordination.
- Reliable and available to work onsite at our Berlin office at least two days per week.
- Organised and able to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Able to work independently once briefed and comfortable taking ownership of assigned tasks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
