About the Role

Augment Professional Services (APS) is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager to support the planning and execution of major electrical scopes on a complex advanced manufacturing construction program. This position will provide construction management leadership across electrical contractors, self-perform teams, engineering stakeholders, commissioning personnel, and client project leadership, driving safe execution, schedule performance, quality, coordination, and successful system turnover.

Responsibilities

Manage electrical construction scopes from mobilization through turnover.
Coordinate contractors, superintendents, engineering teams, procurement, and commissioning.
Monitor schedule, productivity, cost, safety, and quality performance.
Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and work packages.
Lead coordination of electrical installation with mechanical, structural, controls, and architectural scopes.
Resolve field conflicts and escalate technical issues when required.
Manage progress reporting and construction planning.
Support change management and scope clarification.
Verify construction readiness and material availability.
Participate in inspections, testing, energization planning, commissioning, and turnover.
Maintain alignment between project execution and client requirements.

Requirements

Construction management experience with significant electrical scope responsibility.
Strong knowledge of commercial or industrial electrical construction.
Ability to interpret electrical drawings, one-lines, specifications, and construction schedules.
Experience managing electrical subcontractors or self-perform construction teams.
Understanding of cost, schedule, productivity, quality, and safety management.
Strong field coordination and issue-resolution skills.
Familiarity with commissioning, energization, and turnover processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
