About the Role

SRM Concrete is a national leader in the ready-mix concrete industry, building communities, careers, and industry-leading operations across the country. We are seeking a high-impact General Manager to oversee regional operations. In this pivotal role, you will lead multi-site teams, drive performance, and ensure our commitment to safety, service, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of production, dispatch, maintenance, customer relationships, and financial performance within the assigned region.
• Lead and mentor plant managers and operational teams, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure efficient, on-time dispatch and delivery of ready-mix products.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize asset reliability and uptime.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolving complex issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Use data and technology to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive operational improvements.
• Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across all sites.
• Manage regional P&L, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the overall success of SRM Concrete.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in ready-mix, construction, or project management roles.
• Proven leadership and operational management background, preferably in a multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of plant systems, dispatch, logistics, and maintenance best practices.
• Customer-focused, data-driven, and comfortable leveraging technology to improve results.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team development skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and integrity in all aspects of work.
