About the Role
Seeking an experienced Cyber focused technical Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives in network and security infrastructure. This role will translate enterprise cyber strategy and risk priorities into actionable capabilities roadmaps, security requirements, and technical standards, ensuring a robust and resilient infrastructure security posture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a network and security infrastructure capabilities roadmap aligned with organizational cyber strategy and risk assessments.
- Define and enforce security-focused technical standards and guidelines for infrastructure technologies.
- Engage with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives that strengthen network and security infrastructure while balancing business objectives.
- Drive alignment across engineering, operations, and architecture teams through outcome-driven planning and dependency management.
- Define, defend, align and adjust iteratively on recommendations for governance reinforcement, tool rationalization, prioritization of in-flight initiatives, capability gaps, quick wins, and security posture preservation.
- Define, defend, align, adjust short-term (0–6 months), mid-term (6–18 months), and long-term (18+ months) roadmap for CTC, including common solutions intended for use across CTC enterprise.
- Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on impact, cost, and feasibility.
- Identify areas requiring deeper analysis of integrations, workflows, and dependencies.
- Embed governance and security controls into roadmap initiatives.
- Present roadmap to relevant executive stakeholders for feedback and alignment.
- Deliver a detailed capability framework, aligned to the strategic expectations of CISO and deep technical engagement with CTC Platform owners.
- Develop clear, scalable communication plans to share program status, health, and achievements with technical teams and senior leadership.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for executive reporting.
- Facilitate fact-based, data-driven decision-making with domain expertise.
- Influence technical and business outcomes through strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, identify improvement areas, and implement actionable solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years in program management within technology or cybersecurity, with at least 4+ years focused on network and security infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of network architecture, security controls, and infrastructure technologies and security architectural strategies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, segmentation).
- CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security, or equivalent required.
- Proven ability to influence outcomes and drive consensus across diverse technical and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale security-focused infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001).
- Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- SAFE certification is a plus.
