About the Role
The Field Marketing Specialist leads regional marketing efforts for Asset Managers, developing and executing strategies to strengthen brand presence, generate qualified demand, and support pipeline growth through targeted campaigns, events, and content. You will partner closely with Sales and BDR teams to shape sector marketing plans, deliver high-impact campaigns, and execute standout events, translating complex value propositions into compelling content and experiences for sophisticated institutional audiences.
Responsibilities
- Execute and coordinate multi-channel marketing programs, including digital, email, in-person activations, and account-based marketing tactics for priority accounts, aligned with regional business objectives.
- Adapt thought leadership, case studies, and content for the EMEA Asset Management audience and build campaign-specific collateral.
- Plan and manage high-touch events such as roundtables, conferences, and webinars to deepen client relationships and drive engagement.
- Measure campaign effectiveness, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing investments and demonstrate ROI.
- Equip business development teams with customized presentations, pitch decks, and competitive intelligence to accelerate deal cycles.
- Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform positioning and support the sector marketing plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within financial services.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Fluency in English required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
