About the Role
LGT Wealth Management UK LLP is seeking a professional to join their team, focusing on client service and administrative tasks related to account opening and portfolio management. The role involves ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collate and distribute account opening packs, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Collate and distribute LGT Lombard Lending account opening and credit documentation.
- Monitor the progress and timeliness of account opening and asset/cash transfers to meet client service standards.
- Keep internal and external parties informed of progress.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc information to clients, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to timetable.
- Assist in resolving client queries regarding portfolios or account opening.
- Ensure correspondence and reporting is clear, not misleading, technically accurate, and tailored to the client's knowledge level.
- Maintain internal management information, ensuring it is informative, accurate, consistent, and up-to-date.
- Assist in preparing internal management information, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records.
- Liaise effectively with colleagues in other departments, platforms, and external custodians.
- Liaise effectively with external custodians and providers to obtain required information.
- Utilize all internal and external systems and information feeds proficiently.

Skills
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Understanding of front office systems is desirable.
