About the Role
Nauset Disposal is seeking a safety-conscious CDL Route Driver for its growing team in South Yarmouth, MA. This role offers secure, steady employment in a family-like atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a garbage truck on specified routes to collect solid waste.
- Read route sheets and service each customer identified on the sheet or assigned by the dispatcher.
- Perform routine post and pre-route inspections on vehicles, including checking fluids, safety equipment, and tires.
- Maintain professional and courteous interactions with customers.
- Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid Class A or B CDL
- Clean driving record
- 1 year of local route driving experience
