Responsibilities

  • Supervise Home Behavior Crisis Interventionists
  • Lead team huddles and staff meetings
  • Determine appropriateness of referrals for the service
  • Determine when cases are ready to close
  • Manage approximately one case at a time
  • Assist families in applying for OPWDD or OMH services
  • Attend CSE meetings and other appointments with families as needed

Requirements

  • Strong organization skills with accurate attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to navigate electronic health records
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility in adjusting daily work plans to meet family needs
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to move throughout the workday and community
  • Ability to maneuver in tight spaces

  • Middletown, NY

Experience Level

  • Experience with youth with IDD and/or behavioral health diagnoses
  • Experience with clinical supervision

Education Level

  • LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT

Salary/Compensations

  • $80,000
