About the Role
As a Materials Coordinator, you will oversee the flow of materials throughout the facility, ensuring inventory is accurate, materials are properly stored, and production teams have the supplies they need to meet customer demands.
Responsibilities
- Moves and stores a variety of materials, parts, or supplies.
- Checks incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy and matches to company purchase order.
- Report any shortages or damage to the shipment to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Works closely with the purchasing group to monitor supply levels and submits purchasing recommendations on a regular basis.
- Transfers materials between departments, using hand or power truck.
- Fills orders from storage areas and delivers to designated departments.
- Stacks pallets, arranges materials as directed and adheres to safety guidelines in performing such work.
- Open containers using hand tools; counts and weighs materials and records information.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unaided from the floor to the chest frequently.

Experience Level
- 2+ years’ experience in warehousing including the operations of powered industrial trucks.
- 1+ year’s inventory management experience.
Education Level
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current and valid OSHA forklift operation certificate.
Salary/Compensations
- $18.00 – 20.00/hour, actual compensation will be based on experience.

About the Company
- CCL Label Healthcare & Specialty Buffalo is a fast-paced manufacturing facility with approximately 60 employees working across two shifts. Using state-of-the-art Gallus flexographic printing presses, we manufacture critical healthcare and specialty products, including patient wristbands and one-way air valves.
