Responsibilities

- Actively source and curate a diverse talent pool, maintaining a constant recruitment pipeline.

- Coach through ambiguity with a firm point of view and regular one-on-one sessions.
- Provide constant real-time feedback and make resolute decisions.
- Model the brand's style guide and foster a team obsessed with product knowledge.
- Demonstrate mastery of retail platforms and digital tools.
- Optimize floor layout and product placement to drive key sales metrics.
- Maintain a 'Grand Opening Ready' store environment daily.
- Ensure meticulous floor maintenance, back-of-house organization, and inventory integrity.
- Protect store assets and fiscal health through rigorous audits and shrinkage control.
- Lead with a safety-first mentality.
- Champion loss prevention strategies and ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain an executive presence and model core values.
- Articulate store performance and team development through data-driven results.
- Analyze and interpret P&L reports to identify business levers.
- Use merch reporting and analytics to inform business strategy.
- Lead the team in executing the brand's selling model and building long-term guest loyalty.
- Ensure the capture of robust guest data and detailed client profiles.
- Drive a disciplined outreach strategy and accountability for team targets.
- Analyze outreach data to ensure high repeat client rates and revenue generation.
- Ensure a seamless 'customer-first' approach for omnichannel services (SFS/BOPIS).
- Serve as the primary face of the brand within the community.
- Identify networking and hyper-local engagement opportunities.
- Build and leverage a local ecosystem of partners and influencers.
- Position the store as a neighborhood hub and bridge for wholesale partners.
- Curate brand-elevating events to reach new audiences.
- Manage the end-to-end strategy of in-store and off-site activations.
- Track and report on event performance indicators, including sales impact and new guest acquisition.
- Contribute to the brand's global growth through stretch assignments and task forces.
- Provide field-level insights to influence fleet-wide standards and programs.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in retail or hospitality leadership.
- Proven P&L accountability.
- Demonstrated community-based marketing results.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift (up to 8+ hours).
- Ability to maneuver sales floor and back-of-house areas effectively.
- Ability to safely climb ladders, reach, bend, and kneel.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move boxes or product weighing at least 40 lbs.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to visually inspect product quality, fabrication, and styling details.
