About the Role
Be part of the egg packing and shipping process, ensuring fresh, quality eggs reach customers. This role is crucial for daily operations and timely delivery throughout New York State and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Pack eggs into cases or onto racks.
- Assist with machine and plant clean-up during and after shifts.
- Learn and understand other stations including candling, supplying cartons and flats, and packer management.
- Perform safety checks on all machinery.
Requirements
- Possess very good observation skills.
- Ability to perform repetitive arm/hand motions.
- Ability to work in a close teamwork environment.
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to maintain a fast pace while handling a fragile product.
- Must not currently own, hunt birds, or visit anyone that owns birds (pet bird, backyard flock, etc.).
Skills
