About the Role
This role involves leading and developing internal IT administrators, coordinating IT projects, and managing online activities including websites and online shops. You will also be responsible for requirements management, identity and access management, and overseeing IT infrastructure service providers.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and potentially later disciplinary leadership, scheduling, and development for 2 internal IT administrators.
- Operatively lead IT projects, including deadline monitoring, milestone planning, and resource planning, in strategic alignment with the IT board.
- Manage external service providers and agencies for online shops and websites in collaboration with or as support for online marketing.
- Conceptually and technically support optimizations for usability, performance, interface connections, and IT security.
- Gather technical requirements from business departments for board decision-making.
- Document system landscape and processes.
- Implement and execute identity and access management (IAM) processes.
- Act as the central point of contact for external IT infrastructure service providers.
- Monitor the quality of services and adherence to SLAs.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Informatics, training as an IT specialist with relevant further education, or comparable qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT project management, IT coordination, or managing web and digital projects.
- Experience in the technical and potentially disciplinary leadership of technical teams or system administrators.
- Sound understanding of web infrastructure, content management, and online shop systems, as well as associated interfaces (APIs) to ERP/merchandise management systems.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructures (servers, networks, clients) to technically manage internal administrators and external service providers.
- Initial exposure to IT security standards (ISO 27001) or regulatory IT requirements for web infrastructures (BAIT/DORA) is advantageous.
