About the Role
As part of a dynamic team of specialists in EY Global Treasury Services within Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), you will support clients from global industrial and service companies, family businesses, SMEs, and startups with all challenges related to the CFO agenda, with a focus on Treasury. You will work in teams that combine Treasury expertise with IT and process competence.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Treasury projects for the establishment of new Treasury functions in the context of IPOs, M&A transactions, and carve-outs in interdisciplinary collaboration with EY Strategy & Transactions and EY Business Consulting.
- Lead (sub-)projects for the digital transformation and automation of Treasury organizations and processes, including the selection, conception, and implementation of Treasury Management Systems (e.g., FIS, Kyriba, Nomentia, SAP, ION, Coupa).
- Develop strategies, measures, and innovative solution approaches (e.g., using AI) for optimizing clients' Treasury functions, including areas such as Cash Management, Payment Transactions, Liquidity Planning, and Risk Management/Hedging.
- Lead and promote the professional and personal development of your team.
Requirements
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable degree program.
- At least five years of professional experience in Treasury or as a consultant in the areas of Finance, Treasury, or digital transformation.
- Empathetic personality with an entrepreneurial mindset, analytical thinking skills, high team and service orientation, and very good communication skills in German and English (at least C1 level).
