About the Role

As a New Technology Specialist (NTS) (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the introduction, support, and market penetration of new technologies in neurovascular interventions. You will collaborate closely with national and regional sales teams and European marketing organizations to manage product launches, train physicians, and secure market share.

Responsibilities

Act as an expert in neurovascular technologies and complex aneurysm treatments to empower sales teams in independently supporting complex cases.
Develop strategies with local sales teams to identify and engage target customers for new solution introductions.
Conduct market and competitor analysis, continuously sharing relevant trends with internal stakeholders.
Provide training for clinical staff (physicians, medical technical assistants) through workshops and educational sessions.
Build relationships and maintain close contact with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and foster emerging 'Rising Star' physicians in collaboration with marketing.
Coordinate VOC and MAB activities to promote transparency and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Completed degree in engineering, medicine, biomedicine, business administration, industrial engineering, or comparable fields.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably with medical technology products.
In-depth expertise of at least 3 years in the neurovascular field.
Knowledge in the introduction and adoption of innovations in medical technology, preferably from the neurovascular environment.
Experience in building and managing KOL programs.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategies.
Fluent German and English language skills (C1/C2 level).
Valid driver's license and high willingness to travel (70-80%, including overnight stays).
Reside in Germany (preferably West, East, or North Germany) and be near an airport or central train station.
