About the Role
This role supports the setup and breakdown of mobile blood drives, transports blood products, and provides customer service to clients, donors, and coworkers.
Responsibilities
- Providing support for the set up and breaking down of mobile blood drives
- Transporting and delivering blood and blood products from blood drives
- Assisting and providing customer service to clients, donors and co-workers
- Handling other related tasks as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2-3 years of truck or bus driving experience
- Valid/clean driver’s license
- Ability to meet Department of Transportation (DOH) regulations
- Demonstrated experience driving a straight truck and cargo van
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Accurately follow instructions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to provide all commercial driving positions held within the past ten years if any
