About the Role
Sokin is seeking a Field Marketing Executive to establish and grow its field marketing presence across the UK and EU. This new role involves representing Sokin at key fintech events, trade shows, and campaigns to generate pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Support and implement Sokin’s field event strategy across conferences, trade shows, panels, roundtables, fireside chats, networking events, dinners, and partner activations in the UK and EU.
- Plan and execute smaller-scale virtual events, including webinars and virtual activations.
- Manage event logistics on the ground, including vendor sourcing, attendee management, and on-site execution.
- Capture leads at events and implement post-event follow-up sequences to maximize ROI.
- Manage the ongoing event budget, ensuring organized and on-track spending.
- Support localized campaigns for target accounts and sectors.
- Create event launch decks and collateral to inform sales about upcoming events and how to maximize success.
- Track and report on individual event outcomes to contribute to the broader field marketing roadmap.
- Maintain brand consistency in appearance, tone, and voice across all events.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in field or event marketing, preferably in fintech, banking, or B2B SaaS.
- Proficiency in coordinating events end-to-end, from planning to execution and follow-up.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams on pipeline and ABM activities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM/marketing tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and event platforms.
- Willingness to travel for events as needed.
- Must have the right to work in the jurisdiction they are looking to work in.
