About the Role
Bar Daskal is a sustainable wine and sherry bar offering the best of Spanish produce and a selection of cold tapas. The product is simple yet refined and delivered by a talented team from behind the bar. We also host masterclasses from industry friends.
Responsibilities
- Following opening and closing procedures
- Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome and guest care
- Consistently maintain the highest standards and deliver exceptional guest service
- Managing and exceeding guest expectations
- Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
Requirements
- Experience working in a quality bar serving and preparing a great range of drinks
- Good knowledge of our drink’s menus, ingredients, and allergens
- Positive and welcoming personality
- Strong command of English language
- Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
- Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
- Interest and love for Spanish food, drinks and culture
- Passion for the Hospitality Industry and your own development is a must
