About the Role

This 12-month fixed-term HR Business Partner role provides strategic and operational support for UK and Ireland commercial functions, partnering with leaders to attract, engage, and grow talent. It offers genuine accountability and the opportunity to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Act as trusted advisor to the executive team, influencing business decisions with strategic HR insights.
  • Provide expertise in talent planning and management, performance management, data analysis, reward and recognition, learning and development, change and organizational development.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, DE&I, and workplace culture.
  • Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Bring fresh thinking to HR operations through modern, scalable frameworks and initiatives.

Experience Level

  • 7+ years’ experience in senior HR roles
  • Strong experience across the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, talent management, employment law, remuneration, organisational development, and learning.

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline (postgraduate qualifications desirable)
