About the Role

The Senior Project Controls / PMIS Specialist will support project controls reporting and the administration of PMIS tools for the project, integrating cost, schedule, and performance information to aid project decision-making and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize the project PMIS platform.
  • Develop and maintain project performance dashboards and KPI reporting.
  • Support cost control, forecasting, earned value, and schedule integration.
  • Maintain data integrity across project controls systems.
  • Develop reporting standards and automate reporting processes.
  • Provide PMIS support and training to project teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of project controls and PMIS experience.
  • Experience with Primavera P6, EcoSys, Unifier, Power BI, SharePoint, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of cost control, forecasting, earned value, schedule integration, and project performance reporting.
  • Ability to maintain data integrity, develop reporting standards, and support process improvement across project controls systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact effectively with project teams, leaders, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Regular, reliable attendance.
  • Work productively and meet deadlines timely.
  • Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.
  • Perform work safely and effectively.
  • Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
  • Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
  • Work overtime and weekends as required.
  • May work at various different locations and conditions may vary.
