About the Role
This role involves owning large-scale digital design projects from ideation to execution, managing priorities, and executing creative briefs across various platforms. It also includes creating and maintaining brand guidelines and design systems, partnering with cross-functional teams, leveraging data-driven insights, and presenting designs to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own large-scale digital design projects from ideation to execution, managing competing priorities and executing creative briefs across site, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
- Own and create the brand book and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
- Develop, manage, and maintain Figma-based design systems to support both internal and external design teams.
- Partner with print, UX, and cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency, optimize workflows, and implement best practices.
- Cultivate strong relationships to drive seamless execution.
- Seek and leverage data-driven insights from cross-functional partners to inform creative decisions.
- Stay at the forefront of industry innovations and software advancements to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Present designs to senior leadership to gain buy-in on creative decisions.
- Work with project management to propose new solutions that maximize resources and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital design with strong creative and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into innovative design solutions.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital design work, including web and mobile platforms, UX/UI, and creative direction.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining design systems and brand guidelines for digital products.
- Expertise in UI/UX design principles.
- Deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design strategies.
