About the Role

As a Senior Revenue Enablement Manager, you will own the enablement experience for every seller and customer success professional in your region, acting as the strategic enablement partner for your region's leadership team. This is a coaching and training role focused on shaping enablement strategies and influencing GTM behaviors and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead in-person delivery of onboarding curriculum and hands-on certification of core skills, and evolve the curriculum based on field observations.
  • Organize and facilitate regional Mixpanel Academy sessions quarterly, and help shape the academy program's direction.
  • Run weekly best-practice sessions and peer-sharing programs to drive adoption of new tools and AI workflows.
  • Use Gong AI and Galileo AI to score and analyze sales calls, and build repeatable coaching frameworks for other Enablement Managers.
  • Regionalize global enablement initiatives and act as a thought partner to global Enablement leadership.
  • Partner with senior regional sales leaders as a strategic advisor and represent the enablement function in regional GTM strategy discussions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales, GTM enablement, or a revenue coaching role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
  • B2B sales experience that outweighs sales enablement experience for this role.
  • A growth mindset and proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Clear understanding of coaching versus giving feedback, with experience coaching against known frameworks.
  • Fluency with conversation intelligence tools; Gong experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience building AI workflows using modern AI tools.
  • Comfort working directly with senior sales leaders and demonstrated ability to influence without authority.
  • Experience regionalizing global enablement programs for a specific market.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • A track record of navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives that reach beyond your immediate team.
  • Confidence communicating and aligning stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
