About the Role

We are looking for a visionary Creative Lead with a strong background in art direction to guide the work for a global FMCG powerhouse. You will set the creative vision across a diverse portfolio of household-name consumer brands, driving high-velocity global and regional campaigns that blend bold ideas with cultural relevance and meaningful real-world impact. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, craft, and social-first creativity—someone who inspires teams, elevates execution, modernizes iconic brands, and delivers platform-level ideas that leave a lasting mark.

Responsibilities

  • Set and articulate a compelling creative vision across all touchpoints (film, digital, social, experiential, CRM, retail).
  • Establish an unyielding bar for visual craft, design, and detail, leveraging your strong art direction background.
  • Guide platform-level thinking, ensuring ideas are culturally resonant, insight-led, and strategically grounded.
  • Honor the brand’s rich heritage while modernizing its expression across global markets with local nuance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, presenting work with clarity and conviction.
  • Translate business goals into inspiring creative briefs and proactively identify opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee end-to-end creative for integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Partner closely with strategy, data/analytics, media, and production to champion performance storytelling, dynamic creative optimization, and test-and-learn approaches.
  • Guide work across the full production lifecycle, from pre-pro through to casting, music, edit, post-production, and final delivery—protecting the creative idea at every stage.
  • Mentor, coach, and grow multi-disciplinary creative talent.
  • Foster a curious, accountable culture while establishing clear briefing, review, and decision-making rituals that streamline collaboration with account and production teams in a high-velocity environment.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading, inspiring, and managing global or multi-market creative teams.
  • Exceptional eye for visual excellence, craft, and obsessive attention to detail from concept to finished execution.
  • Deep comfort with social-first approaches, dynamic platforms, and making fast, smart creative decisions in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
  • A track record of platform-level campaigns that moved culture and delivered business results across film/content, digital, social, influencer, experiential, CRM/web, and retail/e-commerce.
  • Comprehensive experience navigating complex productions (casting, editing, post-production) and protecting creative integrity.
  • Outstanding storytelling and presentation skills, comfortable leading high-stakes client conversations with senior executives.
  • Courageous, collaborative, and adaptable—willing to challenge conventions and defend great work while championing emerging talent.
