About the Role

We are seeking an Associate to contribute to the strategic and conceptual development of learning offerings focused on various tech and transformation topics, including AI, data, cloud, cyber resilience, innovative procurement, and change management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the strategic and conceptual development of learning offerings on a variety of tech and transformation topics, including AI, data, cloud, cyber resilience, innovative procurement, and change management.
  • Design concrete learning formats in terms of content and methodology in collaboration with GovTech Deutschland members (e.g., AI briefings, GovTech Explore formats, GovTech Cases).
  • Plan and implement physical and virtual learning formats operationally at the Campus location in Berlin and other locations in Germany.
  • Co-manage strategic partnerships in the learning sector, e.g., with universities and research institutions.
  • Support the development of a modern, digital Learning Experience Platform for on-demand learning offerings and content curation.
  • Contribute to the general project, program, and organizational development of GovTech Deutschland.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial thinking, communicative, and organizationally strong personality.
  • Excellent academic background with a completed university degree in a relevant field (minimum Bachelor's).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a technology-oriented environment or the public sector.
  • Good fundamental understanding of key technology topics such as AI, data, cloud, and platform solutions.
  • Ability to strategically classify technological developments and translate them into effective offerings for government and administration.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience in managing multiple parallel initiatives and partnerships in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders, including administration, the tech scene, and research.
  • Initial experience in the strategic development and management of networks and partnerships at various levels.
  • Strong ability for constructive, cross-topic collaboration and active interface management in interdisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
