About the Role

At EY-Parthenon, you will support CEOs, boards, and private equity firms in transaction-based transformations, from initial strategic thinking to successful implementation. You will work on groundbreaking projects across various industries, including strategy realignment, optimization, transformative deals, and restructurings. Utilizing data-driven insights and AI technologies, you will explore new markets, drive growth, and develop corporate and capital strategies that make a significant difference.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement carve-out or integration strategies across all business areas.
Support all transaction steps in collaboration with various EY Parthenon functional areas, including target company analysis, partner search, due diligence, investor presentation creation, negotiations, contract finalization, and planning/operational execution for both sell-side and buy-side.
Serve national and international clients as part of functional and sector-oriented teams.
Collaborate closely with your team to overcome challenges and continuously develop your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Completed studies with a focus on Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or other quantitative fields.
Interest in strategy and transaction consulting.
Initial practical experience in strategy, transaction, or restructuring consulting.
Alternatively, strategy development or initial transaction experience from the finance or corporate world.
Previous international experience.
Critical fact-checking ability.
Very good communication and negotiation skills in German (min. C1) and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint).
