About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Specialist to join our Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical execution, optimisation, and analysis of CRM initiatives across the customer lifecycle for Savage X Fenty EU. You will own the day-to-day management of CRM campaigns and automated customer journeys, ensuring campaigns are accurately configured, tested, deployed, and measured across email, app, SMS, push notifications, and other CRM channels.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
  • Manage CRM workflows, processes, and integrations with other systems.
  • Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies to target specific customer groups with personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and analyse multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, app, push notifications, direct mail, etc.) to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and offers.
  • Own promotional campaign execution, including promotion creation, technical setup, end-to-end testing, deployment, and post-campaign reporting to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Own app CRM strategy, execution, managing messaging, and customer journeys to drive engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of triggered and transactional communications across customer segments, ensuring automated customer journeys are relevant, accurate, and aligned with the customer lifecycle.
  • Analyse customer data and campaign performance to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations for improving CRM strategies.
  • Generate regular reports on key CRM metrics.
  • Design and implement customer lifecycle programs, including welcome series, loyalty programs, reactivation campaigns, and win-back strategies.
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign effectiveness, including subject lines, content, send times, segmentation, and customer journeys.
  • Ensure the CRM platform is configured and utilized effectively, leveraging technical skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with the IT and Product teams on system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Work closely with the CRM team to ensure seamless execution of CRM activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Merchandising, Product, and Customer Service, to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Support the daily execution of CRM campaigns, from creative briefing and ticket submission through creative reviews, audience selection, campaign setup, coding, QA, scheduling, and deployment.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in CRM, customer engagement, and marketing automation.
  • Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance CRM capabilities and performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a CRM role, preferably within the e-commerce or fashion industry.
  • Experience in CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, and analytics.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams.
