About the Role
This role is an exciting opportunity to join the growing AKA Social and Content team and take a leading role in developing our portfolio of Culture and Lifestyle clients. The successful candidate will bring broad cultural sector experience and will be responsible for devising and implementing organic social strategy and integrated content strategy for paid campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Lead organic content strategy across the Culture & Leisure and Theatre portfolios, setting goals and targets that align with each client's wider marketing and commercial objectives.
- Work with the Account Teams on both sides of the business to drive content strategy across the paid social suite, ensuring paid and organic activity are developed as a single content strategy.
- Own client relationships directly across a portfolio acting as a senior, trusted point of contact alongside the account team.
- Develop creative, trend-led content concepts that stop the scroll, reflect the cultural zeitgeist, and position brands within the wider social conversation.
- Capture content on the ground and edit using platform software, briefing and working alongside third party suppliers for bigger shoots.
- Take an active role in new business pitches and tenders.
- Oversee delivery and implementation of monthly content calendars, reporting, and campaign evaluation across both paid and organic activity.
- Proactively identify opportunities to create new, engaging content, and to adapt and share partnership, PR, news, influencer and user-generated content/campaigns.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, venues, curators, cast and staff to gain access and create compelling, exclusive content that resonates with each target audience.
- Create and develop content and social brand guidelines and processes alongside the HOD, tailored to the different rhythms of Culture & Leisure and Theatre clients.
- Work with the HOD to develop and improve financial processes, identifying opportunities to increase department revenue through new or enhanced services.
- Support the HOD and other senior management with new business work more broadly.
