About the Role
As an Associate Brand Protection Analyst in our Digital Brand Services team, you will be responsible for identifying, referring and enforcing against online Intellectual Property misuse for some of the largest brands in the world. Your role will involve using our proprietary software, in conjunction with open-source online research techniques, to find and report online infringements. This role is suitable for someone who is technology driven, service oriented, has experience in online research and has good attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Review, analyze and enforce on infringements using your knowledge of Intellectual Property, online brand abuse and customer-specific brand knowledge
- Cooperatively work with global teams to ensure alignment with the customers brand monitoring strategy
- Create impactful reports for key customers as required
- Ability to be a self-starter and work in a fast-paced environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Willingness to adhere to process and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
- Bilingual or Multilingual skills are strongly preferred (particularly fluency in French)
- Interest in online brand protection
- Strong Internet research skills required
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, MS Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team orientated environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work unsupervised
- Previous experience of producing quality results with a high attention to detail
- Ability to be direct, open, and honest when dealing with customers and coworkers
- Previous experience working within a technology driven environment and/or in online brand protection is a bonus
