About the Role

Responsibilities

• Support the team in daily operations.
• Actively handle accounting tasks, including invoice verification and payment preparation.
• Participate in diverse real estate projects from analysis and planning to implementation.
• Analyze operational key figures, review data, and derive strategic recommendations.
• Contribute fresh ideas, optimize existing processes, and enhance internal workflows for greater efficiency.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Infrastructure Management, or a comparable qualification.
• Proficient MS Office skills for daily tasks.
• Independent, structured work style with high commitment, responsibility, and flexibility.
• Strong teamwork skills and enjoyment of collaborative project work.
• Fluent German (written and spoken) and good English skills.
