About the Role
Serve as the central point of contact for works council, management, leadership, and employees on all labor and collective bargaining law matters. Prepare, draft, and negotiate works agreements. Advise on HR-related decision-making processes, ensuring compliance with legal and collective bargaining frameworks. Support HR projects, especially those with labor law implications. Develop and update internal policies, processes, and standards. Ensure labor law compliance and monitor relevant legal changes. Collaborate closely with the HR team to advance HR practices.

Requirements
- Completed degree in business law, human resource management, law, or comparable qualification.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and collective bargaining law.
- Ideally, experience working with works councils.
- Experience in negotiating works agreements and dealing with various stakeholders.
- Strong advisory, communication, and assertiveness skills.
- Structured, solution-oriented approach to work and confident demeanor.
- Team player with enjoyment in trusting, constructive collaboration.
