About the Role

This role is focused on managing a portfolio of client accounts that we supply our Cygnum solution to. You will have responsibility for protecting and growing these accounts commercially and will hold key relationships between our organisation and our clients. The role represents an excellent opportunity to help grow long term and positive relationships with our portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of client accounts that we supply our Cygnum solution to.
  • Protecting and growing these accounts commercially.
  • Holding key relationships between our organisation and our clients.
  • Operating and communicating with day-to-day business and application leads up to Director level.
  • Negotiating mutually beneficial business positions.
  • Maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Understanding our technical solution.
  • Appreciating the value of team-play internally between different departments.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of, and demonstrable key account management expertise.
  • Excellent communication & inter-personal skills.
  • Strong written, presentation and numerical ability.
  • Comfortable with technology.
  • Previous knowledge of enterprise software preferred.
  • Previous experience with public sector, transport.
  • Educated to degree level, minimum 2:1 preferred.
  • Highly proactive.
  • Highly adaptable.
