About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated individual to help the world take better care of its resources and become a better place for everyone. This role is crucial in pushing for genuine change and bringing our ambition of Ecological Transformation to life.

Responsibilities

  • Perform large dataset analysis and statistics to identify cost control and cost reduction opportunities.
  • Support the development and maintenance of databases for invoice validation, cost reconciliation, and supplier portfolio management.
  • Maintain and distribute relevant information and reports to stakeholders.
  • Produce and update documentation for reporting, data pipelines, and databases.
  • Respond to incoming queries on reports and various data requests.
  • Interrogate and validate datasets in development environments to ensure accuracy against source data and requirements.
  • Maintain procedures and controls for dataset management.
  • Interact regularly with front, middle, and back office teams.
  • Ensure timely validation of group expenditure or income from electricity supply agreements and incentives using a dedicated invoice validation system.
  • Produce and maintain documentation for the invoice validation system.
  • Provide timely information to front-office and operational teams for Group energy contract negotiations.

Requirements

  • Enjoy the development of digital platforms with a highly numerate, methodical, and analytical approach.
  • Experience working with large datasets.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
