About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform large dataset analysis and statistics to identify cost control and cost reduction opportunities.
- Support the development and maintenance of databases for invoice validation, cost reconciliation, and supplier portfolio management.
- Maintain and distribute relevant information and reports to stakeholders.
- Produce and update documentation for reporting, data pipelines, and databases.
- Respond to incoming queries on reports and various data requests.
- Interrogate and validate datasets in development environments to ensure accuracy against source data and requirements.
- Maintain procedures and controls for dataset management.
- Interact regularly with front, middle, and back office teams.
- Ensure timely validation of group expenditure or income from electricity supply agreements and incentives using a dedicated invoice validation system.
- Produce and maintain documentation for the invoice validation system.
- Provide timely information to front-office and operational teams for Group energy contract negotiations.
Requirements
- Enjoy the development of digital platforms with a highly numerate, methodical, and analytical approach.
- Experience working with large datasets.
- Proven project management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
