About the Role
Hinge is seeking a Product Corporate Counsel to join its legal team, supporting the mission to help millions find meaningful relationships. This role partners closely with Hinge’s product, design, and engineering teams to provide practical, solution-oriented legal counsel throughout the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and commercialization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an embedded advisor, managing day-to-day legal questions.
- Ensure compliance with domestic and international laws.
- Guide the development of new features, including AI-driven functionality and safety initiatives.
- Collaborate with privacy counsel on data protection and regulatory matters.
- Support product launches in new markets.
- Draft and negotiate a range of commercial agreements related to technology and product development.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in technology, consumer products, privacy, or related regulatory practice.
- Experience with both law firm and in-house backgrounds is ideal.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience supporting product teams.
- Comfort with AI tools and evolving regulatory frameworks.
