About the Role
The Account Manager is responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio of Small and Medium Business advertisers, focusing on retention, repeat spend, and account growth. This role requires strong product knowledge, clear communication, and efficient multi-account management to help clients derive value from native, run effective campaigns, and ensure repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of SMB advertisers with clear revenue and retention targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.
- Advise clients on suitable native products and packages based on their goals and budgets.
- Conduct renewal, upsell, and cross-sell activities in a value-led manner.
- Collaborate with Campaign Management to ensure accurate and timely campaign delivery.
- Respond promptly and clearly to client queries and requests.
- Manage pipeline, renewals, and forecasting accurately using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Experience in account management, sales support, or customer-facing roles.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of accounts and priorities at pace.
- Clear, confident communicator capable of explaining products simply and effectively.
- Commercially aware and comfortable discussing pricing and renewals.
- Organized and process-driven with good attention to detail.
- Resilient and adaptable, able to handle volume and change without becoming flustered.
- Curious and proactive in identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Experience managing a high volume of accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Salary/Compensations
- Base Salary: Dependant upon experience + OTE
