About the Role

The Account Manager is responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio of Small and Medium Business advertisers, focusing on retention, repeat spend, and account growth. This role requires strong product knowledge, clear communication, and efficient multi-account management to help clients derive value from native, run effective campaigns, and ensure repeat business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of SMB advertisers with clear revenue and retention targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.
  • Advise clients on suitable native products and packages based on their goals and budgets.
  • Conduct renewal, upsell, and cross-sell activities in a value-led manner.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Management to ensure accurate and timely campaign delivery.
  • Respond promptly and clearly to client queries and requests.
  • Manage pipeline, renewals, and forecasting accurately using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, sales support, or customer-facing roles.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of accounts and priorities at pace.
  • Clear, confident communicator capable of explaining products simply and effectively.
  • Commercially aware and comfortable discussing pricing and renewals.
  • Organized and process-driven with good attention to detail.
  • Resilient and adaptable, able to handle volume and change without becoming flustered.
  • Curious and proactive in identifying opportunities for account growth.
  • Experience managing a high volume of accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Remote-first role in the UK

Work Type

  • Hybrid (2 / 3 days in the office)

Salary/Compensations

  • Base Salary: Dependant upon experience + OTE
