About the Role
This role plays a critical part in helping commercial leaders perform at their best by creating structure, driving accountability, coordinating strategic initiatives, and ensuring great ideas turn into action. It is not a traditional sales operations role focused on forecasts, CRM systems, or revenue models.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales performance reviews, leadership meetings, and commercial cadences.
- Track actions, commitments, and key milestones to ensure momentum.
- Support reporting, dashboards, and KPI updates.
- Synthesize insights, trends, and performance data to inform leadership decisions.
- Coordinate coaching programs, development initiatives, and performance improvement activities.
- Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires.
- Manage learning schedules, workshops, webinars, and development activities.
- Maintain onboarding and participation data.
- Collect feedback and support ongoing improvements for learning and development.
- Curate and organize commercial resources, playbooks, and learning content.
- Coordinate the sharing of commercial best practices.
- Manage libraries of winning proposals, client success stories, and sales resources.
- Support sector intelligence and market insight initiatives.
- Track engagement with key commercial enablement programs.
- Coordinate major commercial initiatives, leadership forums, and sales events.
- Provide project management support across strategic programs.
- Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and action trackers.
- Help leadership teams stay focused, aligned, and accountable across multiple markets.
Requirements
- Strong project coordination or program management experience.
- Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and business reporting.
- Handles confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
